What to expect
Garden Grove’s Halloween afternoon at Atlantis Play Center: a pumpkin patch (kids 2–10 take home a pumpkin and a goody bag), a reptile show, an inflatable slide and obstacle courses, carnival games, crafts, glitter tattoos and face painting. Costumes encouraged. Tickets must be bought ahead from the city; none at the door.
