What to expect
Patches & Pins’ 10th-anniversary Halloween festival: 200+ vendors and 30+ food vendors, live bands and DJs, Donnie’s Haunted Maze, taco, churro and pizza eating contests, a costume contest, live art, a car show, the Card Xchange OC card show and a Michael Jackson tribute by Thomas Stone. Free admission.
