What to expect
Downtown Encinitas shops and restaurants stay open late for trick-or-treating, with live music in the Lumberyard Courtyard, where allergy-friendly candy is handed out. Self-Realization Fellowship puts a big pumpkin display in front of its bookstore at K St and 101.
