What to expect
Free trick-or-treating at participating stores around The Oaks (look for “Trick-or-Treat Here” signs), plus six special candy stops with the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office, AMR and Little Kitchen Academy. RSVP on the event page. Bring your own bag. No masks, weapons or weapon replicas.
