What to expect
Malibu’s Halloween carnival for kids 2–10 at Malibu Bluffs Park: carnival games for prizes, a costume catwalk, bounce houses, art activities, a food truck and spooky stories with the Malibu Library. Pre-register with the city; accompanying adults don’t need to.
