McGroarty Arts Center’s first Día de Muertos celebration, with the office of Councilwoman Monica Rodriguez and A.C.E.: remembrances in song, dance, art and storytelling, community altars, live music, arts, crafts and kids’ activities, food trucks and local vendors.
