What to expect
OC Parks’ free family Halloween party at the Upper Newport Bay nature center: spooky stories, creepy crafts, wacky science experiments, games and live animals, with booths from the Orange County Bird of Prey Center, Environmental Nature Center and Critter Squad. Come in costume; parking is free. Rain or bad weather cancels it.
