What to expect
Oceanside’s 25th annual Día de los Muertos festival: ofrendas, live music and entertainment, artisan vendors and food, the Por Siempre Car Club’s trunk altars and classic cars, a Catrina contest at 2pm, a chalk cemetery and kids’ arts and crafts. Free.
