What to expect
A free Halloween day at Tarzana Rec Center: carnival games and prizes, candy, a jumper, music, arts and crafts, the center’s first pumpkin-carving contest, and costume contests by age from 11:30am (0–2, 3–5, 6–8, 9–12, then families and groups at 2pm).
