What to expect
A free two-day waterfront festival of international food, live music, vendors and a car show. Saturday is Halloween with an ’80s funk night and a costume contest at 7:30pm; Sunday is Día de los Muertos with Spanish rock, Chicano soul and a Día de los Muertos costume contest at 7:30pm.
