What to expect
A long-standing Belmont Shore tradition: businesses along 2nd Street hand out treats. Look for the jack-o’-lantern signs in shop windows, and stop by the photo op in front of Chase Bank. Each shop takes part as long as it can, based on its hours and supplies.
