What to expect
The night before Halloween, kids trick-or-treat through the Village’s shops and restaurants (look for the witch hats) while the 8th annual Witches Paddle sends a flotilla of costumed paddlers across the harbor, a new Witches Night Market takes over the lawn, and zombies perform Thriller on the Main Lawn. Paddlers must RSVP; spectators are welcome along the promenade.
