What to expect
West Hollywood’s free Halloween street party on a mile of Santa Monica Boulevard, with a DJ stage at San Vicente, food trucks and thousands of costumed revelers. No alcohol or public drinking, no backpacks (clear bags OK); kids and pets are strongly discouraged.
